To help or be helped

Life is something that no one could guess what comes next in another second or minute. This is what we call it as fate..Only ALLAH knows what HE has /had planned on us the day we were born.Fate that we must believed in no matter what it takes.
As a human , I've been through many good and bad experience in life whether in my personal or in my career life. However, facing it in an open mind and heart helps a lot so my life can keep on going as happy as I can be.
At time as a mother of seven children, I really need help from people around me to keep me going and as a wife I need my husband to be by my side at any course of life. Yet , as a friend to help another friend is a good thing to do  as proverbs said that " a friend in need is a friend indeed". but to what extent does a friend's help needed to be a friend indeed?
As a teacher, what else could I do but to help my students to achieve the knowledge that they are suppose to get and learn.Helping them is my passion and their success is my success too so to what extent do they need to be helped or should they help  themselves too? Hence, life is where we need to help someone and in other time we ourselves need their help too. The help might not come from the person that we once helped but from others that sometimes not even our friends. This again what we call ALLAH's fate....so be THANKFUL to ALLAH at any circumstances of life.

Stress and depression

Everyone has stress and depression depending on how an individual manage them. As for me, the stress comes when  my feeling was hurt or touched deeply . Though I have lots of work to be done yet when my feeling is happy I'll manage everything happily and excellently. However , 2011 was my year of challenge.. I was challenged  to give good results in the previous examination yet I could not manage to achieve the target due to my workload and therefore lost my focus in my  L & T.  I've tried my best but the result does not come out as it should be. My boss could not accept that and keep on humiliating me in front others showing how great he is.. I knew that he is a great man in his time yet he couldn't simply pointing all the blames to me. In all his speeches, he kept saying that the accountability of whatever result will be on him, a fool as I am, thinking that he will be doing as what he said I may not be as frustrated as I am now.
I was so frustrated and depressed as he not only blamed me to the underachiever of the target results but he also announced it during the good achievements the previous years. So we are the one that are clamped between the management and the clients i.e the students. Here we are again ,back to square one ,as another new year peep over us.Another year to go through with the same scenario and story.. Again and again, it repeats itself year after year.

School holidays

Today , the last day of the first semester school holidays. Thinking of which the value of the holidays to the teachers , students and parents themselves in the last 14 days.. For the teachers, the first week was still school days as most year six teachers did extra classes for the UPSR candidates so as the students. Others might be having wonderful time at home or went for holidays.
As for me school holidays were as busy as the school days, having extra classes in the first week and only get to relax in the second week. The  time was used to be with my family and spring clean the house. My best time occupied in my garden where my passion of the flowers lies. My husband helped me a lot to make me satisfied with the relocations of my pots of plants from the smallest to the biggest. Now I have my garden to my taste but as my husband says the pots won't stay there for another three months..as he knew that my hobby is to change the view of my garden or even the furniture in the house...
The task done ... and the tense that I felt all this while flew away as my garden perform into a nice one..I 'm not sure how long that will stand... hopefully it lasts long as my responsibility to the school and students needs my utmost attention.... I need to be in the best condition of health and spirits to move my students and colleagues to do their best to achieve the target...Hope dream comes true..

The rabbits

First pair of rabbits bought two years back....for my youngest daughter, Nor Wahidatul Najihah, as all her sibling were in either boarding schools or working somewhere else.. She loved the rabbits as her companion and her best friend then. It's okay for me as she did not disturbed me at home to play with her...Now she's 11 years old and stays in a hostel and the rabbits now counting up to 20 of them now....
The problem is when there are a few bucks that fight with each other to gain their territory.. so my solution to separate them and two bucks were let out in the garden... and take turn to be in the hutch..
Today , I was at the peek of my anger when these two bucks had chewed up my flowers and plants...I caught both of them and put them into a cage .. let alone for them to fight.. I don't bother...the first few hours they do fight... but then they began to get along nicely.. ha..ha ha...my plan works...
Anyway, my sons and husband plan to build up a new big hutch that can accommodate all the rabbits.. to slaughter them my daughter won't let me.. to sell..wait for  newborn.. sure I'll sell them..no more space for them anymore....
 Any one interested??

Teacher's day

Another special day for special people : THE TEACHERS......yet what's there to say.. every year the same agenda with the same locations and non other to show the appreciations to teachers. Though the PM had stress on the 5 good news to teachers but to what percents does the ordinary teachers get the benefits.. It always the top gun in schools that gets the credits... what about us...???? the ordinary teachers.. anything.. that  gives us at least a few percent of the benefits... as every  ordinary teachers knew that most of the schools' agenda or activities are  the ordinary teachers' commitments.
The top guns justify what ever they want us to do.. we know that.. but please look over to our needs.. sometimes teachers have to work on weekends.. day and night just to make the activities done wonderfully for the sake of the ministry, JPN or the PPD.. yet what if mistakes done...?? the blame....?? the teachers have to handle them by themselves.. especially when involving parents...reporters... highlighted the blame..
Some teachers elected and promoted as GPK's.. but the authorization are really given to them? Some do take it seriously but most of them take for granted the post and let the ordinary teachers get the blame and they got the good name... so.....we need to be happy as we sincerely do our work for the sake of the children and to make our pay 'HALAL'.
Yesterday, another excellent ordinary teacher passed away..... MAY ALLAH BLESS her.. still at early forties, suffered cancer only detected two months ago... she was such an active teacher that at certain stage took along her small children to school just to complete unfinished work during weekends or school holidays.. she was really committed to her work that she denied her health so as her husband said..
Again I wonder.. what do the education officers do to her family? Usually teachers do not have any priorities to the Education system..as other  group of people in their fields... example  the arm force, their family and children have priorities to the body.
It was told that the teachers' children are excellent in their studies.. Yes.... That might be true but how many percent actually excellent?? we are ordinary teachers that have ordinary children.. not all are excellent.. some yes but most are ordinary... though we sometimes wonder... we teachers manage to produce excellent students but not our own....just to think about .....

Anyway... TEACHERS ..... KEEP UP YOUR EXCELLENT WORK TO TRANSFORM MALAYSIA TO BE THE BEST COUNTRY IN THE WORLD......

                                       HAPPY TEACHERS' DAY....
